MY Review! ...

I really enjoyed reading this book. From the very beginning I found it to be a very gripping read that made me want to keep turning the pages; making me wanting to read more. However, about 3 quarters of the way through I felt this changed, & continuing reading this became more of an effort, (I felt), in an attempt to finish reading it to know how it ended. I think this was due to the main topic focused on within this book, which I felt kind of took over completely, - which, without revealing any spoilers in its plot, it focuses mainly around coersive control, - & which I felt it kind-of went off on a tangent in that regard, when the first part of the book was so much more promising, so in this respect, I'm glad I have read it, & was a good overall read; worth reading, but not a book I'd choose to read again. I would still recommend it, as it was well written throughout, & it did keep up a good pace, throughout, too.
